We had a lovely Christmas stay in a boutique hotel with clean and comfortable rooms that matched more well-known properties. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. We especially enjoyed the fantastic value for money that allowed us to save and still have fun. Plus, the excellent location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

One of the staff members was not as welcoming as the others. The receptionist had an arrogant tone and was unresponsive to our requests, leaving us waiting for more than 45 minutes for extra bed.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with good accessibility. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. the service provided is satisfactory and responsive. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, satisfying your taste buds with local and international flavors. the hotel provides eco-friendly amenities and has extraordinary facilities like a fitness center, spa, and swimming pool.

They need to improve their customer service and staff management to deal with disrespectful and arrogant behavior towards guests.

Our stay at Royal Park was fantastic. The boutique hotel exceeded our expectations, with clean and comfortable rooms that rivaled more well-known star properties. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. We truly felt like we were getting great value for our money. The hotel's commitment to environmental responsibility was also commendable. We brought our own water bottles to avoid plastics and had no problem keeping them filled with filtered water throughout our trip. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the staff and kitchen had reverse osmosis water and were more than happy to provide it to us upon request. This environmentally friendly approach should be offered to all guests by default. I highly recommend Royal Park for a comfortable and responsible stay.

The hotel has a good selection of facilities, which was a pleasant surprise. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. the strong air conditioning was definitely a plus, making a suitable place for hot summer weather. the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of essential restaurants and shopping places.

The hotel needs to work on their customer service quality, as some staff were rude and unapproachable. the staff member at the reception was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful when trying to get an extra bed.

We were impressed with the hotel facilities, staff, cleanliness, and location. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the staff was courteous and helpful. The transportation and parking facilities were convenient as well.
